Digitizing for the Pak-Identity App

If you are applying for your NICOP via the Pak-Identity app from overseas, you are required to upload a digital 35x45mm JPEG with a pristine ocean-blue background. Shadows behind the ears or harsh flash glares will instantly trigger an error on their biometric processing server.

The Dupatta / Hijab Guidelines

Female applicants are fully permitted to wear a hijab or dupatta in both passport and CNIC environments. The crucial geometric rule is that the oval shape of the face—from the lowest point of the chin up to the highest visible point of the forehead, including the jawlines—must not be obscured.
